    Try the formula I proposed in Post #2 in a new column and copy down.
    So, you can use copy and paste special values to the original column or use that column instead the original column.

    By adding a new column that will mess with my import back in to my database.  I could try it on a different sheet.

    It put the / in place of the wrong :  It need to be the last : in the string.  But I am making progress.
