Hi,
Pictures, and certainly pictures without any numbers, are rarely of any use. You'll need to upload the workbook. However in general you'll need to use a SUMIFS() function.
e.g.
=SUMIFS(hours_column,type_column,type_dropdown_cell,job_column,job_dropdown_cell)

Can you attach the workbook and tell us which cell is supposed to have the dropdown?

If your list is on a different sheet to your data validation drop down then you'll need to give a name to the list and use the name in the data validation.
