Hi

I need a macro (or formula) for progressive subtotal at each page break (or n th row)

If I manually insert a blank row @ 15 , 30 , 45 rows and use the sum function
the 30 th row sums actual sum + (15 row subtotal) so the result is not correct
Please gimme any solution. Thanks in Advance

    If you are happy to insert a formula every 15th row, then use this formula:
    =SUBTOTAL(9,D$2:D16) you can then copy this across. Then copy the row to your inserted rows all the way down.
    Then in the final row, again use =SUBTOTAL(9,D2:D### the ### will be the last row after you have entered all the new rows.
